Ms. Miles has been Chair of the Board of Norfolk Southern since May 1, 2022, and has been a director since 2014. Ms. Miles served as Chief Executive Officer of Regal Entertainment Group, Inc., a leading motion picture exhibitor, from 2009 until its acquisition in March 2018. During that time, she served as a director of Regal and was named Chair of its board in 2015. Ms. Miles previously served as Regal Entertainment’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2002 to 2009. She is also a director of The Gap, Inc. and Amgen, Inc.
