From 2007 until her retirement in 2014, Ms. Donadio was Americas Oil & Gas Sector Leader, with responsibility for one of Ernst & Young’s significant industry groups helping set firm strategy for oil and gas industry clients in the United States and throughout the Americas. Ms. Donadio serves as Lead Independent Director of Marathon Oil Corporation, and as director of NOV Inc. and Freeport-McMoRan, Inc.
