Destination turnover / reconsignments

A customer application for handling destination turnovers or rail car reconsignments is available through accessNS. Use this application if there is a change in the consignee information of the rail car without a change in the destination or route.

Origin turnovers

This application, available through accessNS, allows customers to give authority to another company that will accept ownership of lading and provide forwarding instructions on a loaded railcar still at origin.

Private car empty disposition

Through accessNS, set up empty disposition of private rail cars prior to their being released empty to Norfolk Southern.
