Please be advised that the system outage, which impacted REZ-1’s ability to receive reservation and street-turn requests and emails, has been resolved. Customers should utilize the normal channels for making reservation and street-turn requests on EMP and TMX equipment.
While the system is back online with most of the major functionality available to customers, all terminals will remain blocked while queued data is processed. At this time, only standby requests may be entered and will be filled based on inventory availability.

Customers and dray carriers can also utilize accessNS for information concerning their shipments.
