34 Employees Serve on Diversity Council
Thirty-four employees representative of the company's work force of 28,000 serve as members of Norfolk Southern's Diversity Council.
The council works to foster a climate of fairness, mutual respect and professionalism for all employees. "This team, which is a demographic cross section of our work force, serves as a champion of corporate success that recognizes and values the unique perspectives and contributions of all our people," said David Cobbs, assistant vice president diversity and EEO.
