Critical Incident Stress Plan

Employees directly involved in a critical incident are encouraged to seek assistance from their supervisor or contact Wellbeing by calling 844-215-4188.

Directly involved employees may request:

• Relief from the balance of a tour of duty during which a critical incident occurred
• Timely transportation to the home terminal
• Counseling, guidance, and other support services from trained supervisors
• Relief from additional duty tours for a reasonable amount of time; and/or
• Additional leave as necessary and reasonable to receive preventative services or treatment related to the critical incident
